Pulling my leg costs $50 bucks?

So I’ve been dealing with an ankle injury for a while now. I’ve seen numerous doctors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors to help remedy the painful situation. I’ve been seeing some results so generally I am happy with paying professionals to provide a medical rehabilitation service. Besides, medical expenses are tax deductible (but it’s a pittance!).

Today I went to a new physiotherapist who watched me walk, jump, and run on my ouchy ankle. Nothing unusual about watching me move, cause really I wish my ankle would move with me. But then the physio did something weird, she yanked on my leg three times to “reset my ankle” into better alignment. The bill for pulling my leg? FIFTY BUCKS! OUCH.

The funny thing is, I think it may be the best $50 bucks I’ve ever spent! My ankle feels great today. I may just let her pull my leg again!

    Good site, like it thanks.

As a manipulative physiotherapist myself, you obviously found yourself in the hands of one of my colleagues. If a joint is stuck or blocked it may respond better to judicious manipulation in addition to exercise and other inverventions, better than other treatments. Hope it stayed good.

    Good luck

Sam: Thank you for your comments! The “pull” was indeed very helpful. I’ve been back a few times to get “reset” so to speak. My ankle hasn’t felt this great in years!
