@Shannon I’m so happy you found me via the CBC and I didn’t scare you away. I was sooo nervous when interviewed for “The Point” and “BC Almanac” I nearly passed out after the call. I still haven’t brought myself to listen to the recording. Writing is SO MUCH EASIER than speaking on the radio. It’s awesome to meet you!

@Caitlin I too was a cashier (eons ago) and know it’s the manager who has the keys and the power to discount an item. I always wished I had the power to save customers some money though.
