The dog is thrilled to be celebrating the holidays. She looks festive, non? I’m not one to play “decorate the doggie” or “doggie dress-up”, especially with a serious cattle herding farm dog like my Tivo.

But since the bitter winter cold has cracked her poor puppy paws, I splurged and got my uber-eared canine some doggie booties for Christmas. Now be honest, does the bow make her ears look big?
Anypissedpooch, just wanted to wish you all the best this holiday season. Seriously.
Frugaliciously yours,
Fox!

Your Two Cents:
Merry Christmas!
And try some Bag Balm for her poor feet.
We used it on the cows to prevent chapping,
and I still use it on my hands and feet in
the cold dry wintertime here in Oregon.
If you wanted her ears to look bigger, put a small
She looks
mini-bow on the tip of each ear
quite styling! (as my grandkids would say!)
Oh that is precious
Merry Christmas!
Look at her eyes! It seems that she’s silently communicating “please … take me away from here” through the photo. Happy xmas Tivo and co.
She’s such a cutie! Merry Christmas:)
@marci Your Bag Balm suggestion is the bomb. Awesome. We’ve been using it the last few days now and it’s working. She gives me “THE LOOK” when I massage it into her poor paw pads. I think she kinda likes it…but still looks at me funny when I bring the tin out.
I’d try the smaller bows, but she smarter now, and runs away.

It’s all about her eyes, ehh? LOL Merry Christmas to you all.
Yep – that Bag Balm is amazing stuff
Best if you can buy it at the Feed Store, as if you try getting it out of a catalog, the price tends to rise drastically.
@marci Tee Hee. I DID get the Bag Balm from a Feed Store.
My “better half” shops there regularly. best. price. around.
Oh, you can tell that this is FAR beneath her. Imagine a cattle dog wearing boots and bows.
At least she will let you put the boots on her without running off.
