		<description>MMMM, I&#039;ve been buying up all the butternuts at the local farm market since we&#039;re trying to eat more locally.  I think this will be a great option for consuming them.  Mr Chiot&#039;s is always in the mood for something sweet.  You could probably make this with pumpkins or almost any kind of squash.</description>

Sounds like an great recipe - I will have to try it out!
As soon as the dehydrator is done with the green beans and carrots!</description>
