I had knee surgery, took some painkillers, and when I woke up I saw apples. An orchard filled with luscious, delicious, juicy apples. Luckily, I wasn’t dreaming. Fall has arrived on our little organic farm and now is the time to pluck ripe fruit from the heavenly trees. Except, my “better half” did the apple picking. I sat on my a$$ watching him collect the forbidden fruit. How much longer can I work my recovery? I digress.
