Good luck on the veggie garden. I planted some this weekend but the slugs have already eaten one of my plants. I hope yours do really well, you will have to put some photos on the blog of your first harvest!

I think zombie movies prepare a new breed of survivalist! Whenever I see one, I always analyze what I would do in that situation – how I would get gas, do I actually own anything that would constitute a weapon – and so on.

Hmm. Now I’m craving a little “Dawn of the Dead” and “The Day After Tomorrow”.

@Sara Heidi (Banker Girl) is seriously awesome. Indeed, publishing that post took some guts…I would even say it took some balls.

@PT So far the garden is still intact. It may take a day or two before the wildlife discover my delectable plants flowering. Hopefully they never discover my garden.
