Carnivals and Squawkfox Shout-Outs!

Every week I participate in a number of Blog Carnivals. Carnivals are a wonderful way to find and read weird and wonderful writings. Since many hosts have been gracious enough to include my own weird writing, it’s my pleasure to link back to their wonderful work.
Here are this week’s carnivals:
I really enjoyed the creativity at the Carnival of Debt Reduction #134 this week. Luke, the host over at Real World Really, highlighted his favorite posts using haiku. He was poetic about my PearBudget Beta Review. Thanks for including me Luke!
The Carnival of Personal Finance #147: Q1 Financial Advice Edition is being hosted by MoneyNing. My ditty on Top Ten 80s Songs About Money is included. I wrote this article while jet lagged, so if I failed to sing the praises of your favorite tune, be sure to leave a comment and show me the lyrical errors of my ears.
The final carnival is really a festival. The Festival of Frugality #120 is being hosted by A Penny Saved. My Visual Guide to Top Five Frugalicious Lunches is included. Thank you Penny!
One of my favorite bloggers, Skellie over at Skelliewag.org, did a post called 10 Bloggers Share Their Best Post Ever. The articles are delicious. If you’re looking to meet some new writers, I encourage you to click and check it out.
Squawkfox Shout-Outs!
I just wanted to squawk a shout-out to reader Beth who corrected a silly spelling error within two minutes of posting. Thank you for being so quick and so kind! Thank you thank you!
I’ve received a few emails regarding Calculator Tool enhancements! Wow, I am thrilled! I promise to respond to you all today! Also, if anyone has a comment about how a tool works, be sure to email me. I’m planning some updates and I fully appreciate your input!
I launched my first video this week! I must admit, the video was vexing to videoize, so I thank all commenters and emailers for being so nice about my attempt. I do think I sound kinda weird though.
Lastly, I’ll be starting a little series on jobs and careers and worky stuff. So keep posted! Be sure to follow this week’s festivals and carnivals!
