My texting feature is screwed. my inbox is empty and it tells me it is full and won't let me send or recieve. My phone is 8 months old it was over $200. Telus pretty much gave me the finger. I asked for a new phone and they said " ohhh out of 10000 phones made some are duds. guess you got a dud" ... they tried to fix it but it didn't work. the guy at the store told me " we can sell you the same phone for $99 its on sale". lol. I am on pay as u go.. maybe thats why they don't care. But whatever happened to customer service? Do people not care about peoples business anymore. I pondered switching to their monthly plan but decided against it. I am going back to Rogers.
